How to Add Items into Multiple Catalogs

The ability of a customer to be assigned to more than one catalog simply allows you to choose from a selection of catalogs when placing an order for this customer.

Still, the order can be placed on just one catalog at a time. In other words, a single cart page can't hold items from 2 different catalogs, in the same order.

follow steps blow:

  1. Log into account and click Accounts in the Home page
  2. Please enter the customer name in search area, or you can scroll down to find the customer name
  3. Then, tab on the Sales Order the right hand corner:
  4. You will then see the pop up with multiple catalogs to choose from. In this example we have 2 catalogs, however there may be cases where there are more than 2 catalogs:
  5. Tap one catalog, and do the ordering, and then click back button on left top corner, then go back to the Step 4. You can choose a different catalog for ordering:
  6. Once you finish the ordering process, you have to go back to the main screen, and click Activities to review your orders.
  7. Here you will find the Sales Orders you have made, choose one that you need to highlight and “Ship Combined”
  8. Tab More on the bottome left hand corner:
  9. Follow the instruction from the image blow, and type the "Ship Combined" in the Order Remark area.
